Personally, I find it too much trouble to watch TNF with Prime so I forget about it. Don't miss seeing the games either.
Honest question, what is the difficulty in doing this? You know what station plays the Sunday and Monday night games so you open up your tv/app and go to that station to watch it, what the difference in going to Amazon on a Thursday night? There nothing challenging about it. It's not really the NFL's fault you have a bad memory. Not saying that to be mean, but it is extremely simple for me to open up Amazon instead of YouTube TV.

These yahoos need to realize there are millions of casual fans who are not willing to invest more into viewership. When ratings fall off, TV deals will too.
The NFL's ratings aren't going to fall off because of this, sorry.

200 million people have Amazon Prime memberships. Quite frankly, I don't see how anyone survives without one. (I just got my first prescription from Amazon Pharmacy through my Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan, 0 copay and two days' shipping because I belong to Prime, and I checked and I saved probably four times what I paid for the Prime membership in shipping on stuff I ordered from Amazon last year.)
Prime Video is included with Amazon Prime. So all those 200 million people will need to do is figure out they get it and ...
But as far as the NFL "fan base" ... the reality, and I'm sure I'll get downvoted to hell, is that no sports organization, not the NFL, not the NCAA, not MLB, not NASCAR, not anybody, cares about you unless you are 18 to 49. And people who are 18 to 49 stream, they're not watching conventional wired cable with a remote a la 1984.

I think they will find this hurts the interest level moving forward and may even hurt viewership for the SB.
How would this be any different than not being able to see Balt or SF play this weekend because they have a bye?

As long as streameast is around I don’t care which networks they move it to

Slow your roll here. It’s a fricking delivery service.

Man, I'm almost 53 and will watch sports - all of them - until I don't. Boycott away. Don't pay for streaming. No one will notice. Attrition vs pay will always increase.

quote:11% of the league’s regular season games (30/272) were behind a paywall
The NFL speaks about helping “Communities” and disadvantaged people all day then puts their games behind a paywall.
8% of the league’s playoff games (1/13) will be behind a paywall
Life goes on, even if you’re poor

Did you miss the thread on the Top 100 events watched on TV? The NFL is not going anywhere.
