Montana and Brady are in. Who are your final 8 quarterbacks for the #nfl100 all-time team?

Next 8 (in some order):

Locks:
Elway
Manning
Marino
Brees
Staubach
Unitas

Probable:

10 Qbs?

This list is a bit much.

So...

Montana
Brady

Marino
Elway
Manning
Staubach
Brees
Unitas
Graham

Young or Favre

The fact that Namath is a finalist is lame.

The absolute nuclear meltdown when someone like Bobby Layne or Sid Luckman makes the top 10 instead of Brees is going to be absolutely glorious.

You have to remember this panelvs bias for old players. There will be a spot taken up by someone before Unitas or Graham who has no business being on the list.

My money will be on Norm Van Brocklin. He passed for like 550 yds or something in like the 40s or early 50s

Troy Aikman should not be a finalist. Warren Moon and Jim Kelly were better but i guess Aikman gets a boost because of Super Bowls which is bullshite. That's a team achievement. Kelly would have a ring but he can't control his kicker choking.

Sorry, you have to have a ring to be on this list. You can control your kicker choking, you can score a touchdown instead of leaving it up to him to kick a field goal. That said Bradshaw doesn't make it because those Steeler teams were loaded with talent everywhere. Any quarterback higher on the pecking order than Jay Cutler could have won with that team. Unitas and Graham may not have Super Bowl rings but they both have NFL Championship titles to their credit.

Kurt Warner shouldn’t even be in the HOF let alone a finalist.

Considering the team so far, there will almost certainly be a Slingin' Sammy Baugh or Otto Graham old timer or two named. So with the 6 remaining slots, I'll go:

Manning
Johnny U
Marino
Elway
Favre
Staubach

That's who I think will be named.

So what does Brady's legacy look like if Vinatieri misses all of those game winning kicks?

Worst case scenario? He has four Super Bowl titles instead of six.
