Derozan likely to stay in Toronto. Reportedly will not take any visits unless a disparity occurs. So much for that idiot Stephen A Smith guarantee that Derozan will wear purple and gold
Good. I really didn't want him even if that sounds crazy

USA Today reporting Durant won't be visiting Lakers or Wizards. So much for Scott Brooks helping that cause

Yeah that Wizards thing was a pipe dream

On the court Ariza > Covington. And if they want veteran leadership like they have mentioned Ariza >>>>>> Covington.
Wouldn't expect someone with your lack of hoops acumen to get it though so I think we're done here.
Cost/benefit analysis... Wouldn't expect someone that can't grasp why the notion of Durant coming to Houston is not a better option then OKC, GSW, or SAS to understand the concept or apply it rationally.

Just to expand on this:
quote:
The Raptors can offer DeRozan a five-year maximum contract worth $153 million with the salary cap at a projected $94 million.
Yes folks, we are looking at potentially a 30 million a year DeRozan league.

He is the worst good bad-shot taker in the association. He really is not that efficient

I lol'd when Tom Penn was breaking down the Lakers offseason during draft night. He penciled Derozan in on the Lakers and said "This guy could be Luke Walton's Klay Thompson."

Whiteside to make decision July 1st. Says no state income tax is a factor. I guess it would mean back to Miami or Houston?

Hmm I'm not sure it would be the Heat then since they are trying to pull Durant and he's not deciding until the 9th and they don't have space for both.
Could be the Mavs
I think this former journeyman is looking to get wined and dined lol

Didn't think about Dallas, can they parlay a Conley/Whiteside combo?

Whiteside will be a turd once he gets paid.
Just a thought regarding ridiculous contracts the next two years:
We're getting a new CBA in 2 years. I think teams are counting on another amnesty to save themselves.

I think it depends where he lands. He goes to LA and I think it will be pretty ugly for the foreseeable future.
I think he goes to Portland and he has a good chance to continue progressing.
