Man if the lakers don’t get Kawhi.. they could have gotten some decent role players

They also shed more salary.
But they were already under the cap, right? So getting rid of $3.4 million next season and the #25 pick is worth throwing the only possible life line to an otherwise dead in the water team that you’re likely competing against in 2 years?

You’ll see players backing out of agreements if that happens.
So Kawhi should wait until July 6th when everyone is actually signed to make his decision.

Kawhi is absolutely fricking two teams hard.
Posted on 7/1/19 at 3:50 pm to Fun Bunch
There will be almost no mid-level players left to sign by the time Kawhi makes his decision

Free agency comes after Apple time

Yea I don’t think you will see players backing out

Kawhi is probably strolling around SD snacking on burritos, wondering what Netflix show he's going to watch while Uncle D's phone is blowing tf up.

Do we have any sort of timeframe for when he will make a decision? Or complete silence?
When are his meetings?
When are his meetings?

Silence so far. He's supposed to have had both LA meetings today & fly back to be in Toronto tomorrow.
Posted on 7/1/19 at 3:54 pm to Spitting Venom
The early reports were that Kawhi wouldn't even meet with the Lakers until Tuesday and would meet with the Raptors last.
But I believe that time line has been accelerated.

There were rumors floating around that he was meeting the LA teams today and then Toronto tomorrow.
No one knows if this is really true or not. It's complete silence from all teams involved right now.

Kawhi is quietly perusing the government documents section of his local public library, thinking about indulging in a little tv time, C-SPAN, later this evening

Ok, why do the nets do the warriors a huge favor for mid-late 20s first round pick?
Which means, there isn't any guarantee at all that it'll be mid to late 20s.

Suns still need to clear 2.5ish mil for Rubio. Can't seem them renouncing Oubre. Okobo/Melton alone doesn't cut it. Assuming JJ is still going to be moved by July 6.

I guess I missed when it happened, but how are Suns fans feeling about Rubio?
