I'm gonna say this, and with my limited basketball knowledge maybe I am wrong, but when his 3pt shooting isn't hot, Curry is not a "great" player. He seems to get sort of rattled, and throws up shots just trying to get something going, and it hurts the team.

Maybe I just don't watch him enough during the regular season.
