Not sure I’m buying that Giannis isn’t happy
They had to have at least run their plan by him, right?

That's always the debate. LeBron claimed he didn't know anything about the Luka/Davis trade, but it's insane to think the Lakers FO wouldn't run EVERYTHING by him at this point.

The argument has been made that the reason an open bidding wasn’t done on Luka was that Pelinka and Nico didn’t want to give anyone (read: LeBron and Rich Paul) a chance to kill the deal.
TBH, someone on Dallas’ side should have killed the deal, but here we are.

Bucks won't be lottery team in weak east.
Pelicans will not tank with nothing to lose for and will likely be competing for a play in.

Denver pushed OKC to 7 and adds Bruce Brown, Cam Johnson, Jonas V, and now Hardaway.
I’m gonna be real: that’s the current team to beat in the West.

That still does not tell me where you got that 10% number.

Yea Denver looks real good rn. The West looks stacked.

Pelicans struggled to win 20 games last season and the west is extremely stacked they're going to need to win around 45 or so games just to qualify for the play in

Lakers ready to compete in the west

Wonder what his free throw rate will be playing with a Lakers whistle? Career high?

Pritchard will surely make a move at some point but i still like their core as a potential playoff squad.

Hopefully it’s somewhere in the ballpark of Shaq circa 2001ish imo
In all seriousness though, Ayton has an opportunity to really feast with the Lakers. Luka made Jaxson Hayes almost look serviceable during the regular season

Not to mention the east is going be worse than it has ever been imo. Pacers probably win somewhere around 40-45 games next year if a few of those guys make improvements with the added usage rate they’re going to get.
