So the Democrats can gerrymander while Biden was in office, but now no one else can?

Good on the NAACP. Where would the South be without leaders like Bill Jefferson, Cleo Fields, and Sheila Jackson Lee.

Good. That’s the kind of player I would not want on my team anyway. An activist can go play up north

Exactly.
It isn't fair we want to be racists and have our own guaranteed district (where are the asian only districts?).
NAACP = clown arse racists.

but could be interesting if the billionaire donors in Chicago, LA and New York up their NIL to attract athletes. . Big 10 alumni have much more bigger than the SEC alumni
While these are facts, it won’t happen on a mass scale or outside of isolated certain college athletic programs. These “billionaires” up north by and large not only could care less but would rather not support major college athletics like it is in the south. Highly doubt Larry Ellison writes any more checks for Michigan after Bryce Underwood.

Pretty strange for NAACP to come out and say to black parents and athletes we want you to limit your market size, as well significantly cut your number of opportunities for a policy we oppose but cannot articulate, because if the truth was said it wouldn’t go over as well.

do not pass go, do not accept any NIL
right, that will happen
right, that will happen

I believe a grid pattern must be used as best possible and no district whatsoever should be drawn to benefit a race.

“Here is an offer for $5 mil from Ole Miss”

Whites make up the majority, vast majority of collegiate revenue. I don’t think this will work

This means nothing. The Big 10 rules regardless. The SEC has had their day.

I like how career politicians that have lined their pockets for god only knows how long are asking 18 year olds to take the hit here.
They've race baited for 20+ years accomplishing absolutely nothing. They serve areas that were carved out for them specifically because historically speaking blacks are a solid dem voting bloc but generally don't generate turnout. They've produced nothing. They grandstand about civil rights and that's about it.
Meanwhile these kids are being offered ridiculous amounts of money and these politicians are basically saying, "yeah don't take that, do my bidding for me. Make the statement that I can't"
frick em.

So White fans are going to have to determine if they’ll be held hostage by black athletes. F’em. Unfortunately schools and coaches will come out with some garbage instead of telling them to frick off.

No they won't.
Don't entertain this. It's just the NAACP talking. Nothing will come from it, and I'd bet the athletes don't agree with them.

High school seniors do not even know what the NAACP is.
