You’re too uneducated to even attempt to argue with.
Try and stay on topic in the thread...I know that’s difficult for the senile

My opinion: Justin Fields will flame out as fast or faster than Dwayne Haskins
He'll flame out slightly slower than Haskins (by about a year).

This seems like the kind of thread that is destined to be bumped sometime in the next couple of years.

So character issues only pertain to illegal actions? K

I hope so, bumped threads are awesome.

Leveling serious blanket charges of racism at Georgia to help his transfer because he didn't have the chest to compete is a pretty serious character flaw
The last 3 number 1 picks have all transferred after losing out.
Blame the NCAA for having such arbitrary transfer requirements

I challenge you all to go watch Season 2 of QB 1 on Netflix if it’s still there. If not, find it in another avenue.
Justin Fields and other highly touted High School Qbs were featured during their Senior Year of High School. The first season was a classic as the show featured Fromm and Tathan Martell.
The show really gives you a good sense of how these guys were off the field and also their competitive nature on the field.
I won’t spoil all of it as it was a great watch, but a few things that I found interesting is that Justin Fields dad has a military background and he grew up in a very loving, but disciplined 2 parent household. He also grew up relatively wealthy. Justin Fields also scores a 29 on his ACT and had a 3.9 in high school.
So people comparing him to Haskins are a bit off base. Fields actually is pretty smart, well spoken and seemed to be raised by good people.
I will say, in season 1 of the show, Jake Fromm was extremely impressive and it’s not surprising that Fields could not unseat him at Georgia. Fromm loves the game, knows the game and has an unrivaled competitive spirit. Fromm played through injuries he shouldn’t have during the show. Fields was extremely concerned about getting injured almost more than he was about winning during his Senior year. Fields still ended up having a season ending injury in the end.
Long story short, I came away loving Fromm and only liking Justin Fields after watching the show. But I will say the “character concerns” regarding Justin seem to be a bit overstated. Overall he’s a great kid, that was raised correctly, loves football, and is pretty damn good at it. He wasn’t flawless character wise in the show, like Fromm came off, but Fields does not give me anything close to Dwayne Haskins or Tate Martell Vibes (who was a complete knucklehead during his season). Tate was amazing on the show, but it was hard to be high on him as a QB prospect after watching it. He was a great high school qb, but he was an absolute fool and his parents came off as caring but also very Travel Basebally,

Yeah but the previous number one pick was a grad transfer and knew the only way he’d get playing time is if he transferred. Not exactly the same situation as the other two.

Completion percentage isn’t a direct correlation/measurement of accuracy. Pat white was deadly accurate according to completion percentage. So was Lamar jackson and Tim Tebow.

He’s not good that’s for sure. Never has been.

But Fields threw downfield a lot more.
And had a higher completion percentage than all three.
Honestly, what’s not being talked about is that he would be with Shanahan at 3 and that guy can whip up an offense with a mobile QB.

Haskins seems legitimately retarded. I don’t think Fields is that dumb. Likely needs to sit but I’d say good maybe not great QB.

From what I’ve been hearing from swaggy Chris Sims, they both have very poor work ethnic, terrible throwing motions, questionable leadership skills, and neither has shown the ability to progress through their reads.

Dude is Pooh Pooh, everyone is scared to criticize him because he’s black

I just hope the Team that drafts him does not have such a racially charged city that causes him to not want to play and demand a trade

Don’t think he’ll be that bad. Kid has pride

Huh? There was a ton of talk about him going late in the first about a month ago, and there is regular talk that he doesn't make reads. Quit making shite about race.
