She mismanaged DEI and drove it into the ground after Dale died. It was a bad environment and everyone affiliated around Dale Jr. and DEI doesn’t like her. It was the main reason Jr. switched to Hendrick. She won’t let Dale and Kelley visit Dale’s gravesite. There’s plenty of YT videos detailing exactly what she did.

One that hasn't been mentioned and seemed to be kinda normal, until he descended into full on madness, is John du Pont. He is the guy that ran the Foxcatcher wrestling training facility and killed the Olympian. He then proceeded to have a 2 or 3 day standoff with police.
Among some of the more eccentric things he did: slept with the World's most valuable stamp under his pillow. Became convinced he was the Dalai Lama. He preferred to dine nudes.
