As far as games I actually attended:

NFC Divisional Playoff - 1/4/81

Falcons led the Pokes 24-10 going into the 4th quarter. Pokes scored three TD's in the 4th - the last one with 42 seconds left. Final Pokes 30 - Birds 27.

frick Danny White.

Walking out of the Cotton Bowl in '04 after losing our fifth straight to OU, 12-0. That was only my third time attending the game and it felt like we were never going to beat them.

Also, Texas-Alabama at the Rose Bowl. Obviously a loss in a NCG is gonna hurt, but Colt getting hurt made it far worse since we were left with that unfinished what-if feeling.

LINK to cheating Big XII officials

I found some video of the game in original post

I have an extreme dislike for Stillwater again right now. I guess the jerk route was in regulation as they had a run in OT to score

2011 GOTC. Hurt like hell when LSU won. That ache in the pit of your stomach type pain, but that day on campus, and the atmosphere of the game itself was probably the most fun I've ever had. I wouldn't change a thing if it changed the over all experience. For those that weren't there, it was indescribable. The energy, from both fan bases, was beyond anything I've ever seen.

There were probably 70,000-100,000 people on campus who didn't even have tickets.

LSU fans. Y'all made it as fun of a time as anything else. Even had some older LSU fans offer to help fight some younger tiger fans who were being obnoxious.

Game seven NHL Western Conference Finals IN 1999 when the Stars beat my Avalanche.

The obvious end to the 2011 LSU dream season.

LSU basketball losing to Louisville in 1986 or Indiana in 1987.

1978 Senior year in HS and we were hosting the #1 team in the state. we were #5.. Nobody realy gave us a chance cause this team was mauling people by like 40 ppg. We held our own on Homecoming and we tied the game with less than two mins left and all we needed was the XP. our jr kicker missed it... The place went from the noise f a soldout rolling stones concert to silent as could be... We ended up losing in OT... I remember being devastated...

Bob Knight has two of the most accurate quotes ever...

"No team has been so overrated for not accomplishing anything" Talking about the Fab 5.

"I looked down the sideline and saw Dale Brown was their coach. I knew we were going to win right then." Talking about 1987 NCAAT

At the same time, that game was the most fun I have ever had watching a loss. I was downtown Athens, and the entire day up until quite literally the final whistle was fricking phenomenal.

I bet you predicted your team to win in a blowout lock.

I've never been in a crazier environment than that student section when we blocked and returned bamas fg. We deluded ourselves into thinking we weren't cursed

The 07 Arkansas game, I felt like we had just totally pissed away a national championship in our own stadium against a crap team.

I'm sure 1/9 will be a popular answer among LSU fans, but I baaically had the entire game to accept the inevitable, by the time JJ threw the int. it was just laughable. Don't get me wrong I was pissed, but wasn't a total gut punch. shite the 2012 BAMA game probably hurt worse.

The Stromile Swift LSU team losing in that sweet 16 game still pisses me off. frick Wisconsin and the refs for that bullshite of a game

My second to last game of competitive soccer. Yes, laugh it up, but we had lost every game that year going into this one and we were up 2-1 with just minutes to play. It fell apart and we lost.

Oddly enough the next game, and the last I ever played, was two weeks later when we played the state champions, who were undefeated at that point, in a sort of tribute game for them so they could take their last bows and so on.

We whipped them 6-0.

Raiders-patriots tuck rule game. I've never seen my dad that mad before. Just a terrible call that costs the raiders a trip to the super bowl

Tulane's epic collapse in the 2005 CWS.

I'm surprised Bama fans aren't unanimously picking the Kick Six. I can't imagine a more soul-crushing way to lose. Not just the game winning play turning into a walk-off for the other team, but basically ending your season AND it happens against your most hated enemy.

I know I should say 1/9/12, but we had a hell of a season that year. I was upset after the game, but the 2014 LSU-Arky was the most upset/mad I have ever been. I got so drunk after that the next day I woke up and had forgot we lost to Arky, but then I got on TD and I was pissed and depressed for a damn week.
