What exactly are the Rays in search of? Anything specific or mainly wanting to stockpile prospects like the Royals?

I would offer Gohara and Riley with a couple of prospects outside of our top 15. I wouldn’t offer anything more and if it isn’t enough than we walk away.

Cards have an endless supply of AAA all stars who come up and look good for one year then flame out to complete trash. Welcome, Mr. O'Neill.

It's a good problem to have a bunch of studs in the minors my man. Eventually you will hit on one of them, just how it goes.

#stlcards are promoting Tyler O'Neill today to take Tommy Pham's spot on the active roster. If the travel cooperates, he'll be with the team tonight. #Cardinals #stlminors

I’m not in favor of the Braves trading a relatively powerful RH bat (which they have no others anywhere near the majors) for an arm, when they already have an arm surplus.

It feels like Nationals management and ownership could be in a disagreement with what to do at the deadline. Why do you even explore trading Harper if the price is gonna be really high? The clubhouse is a mess and they all know you tried to trade Harper.

I think that hes gone. The closer to the trade deadline someone is going to overpay+ they (the nats) are going to come to the realization that it has to get done.

if harper gets traded, it wont be until the waiver deadline imo

Gwinnett previously announced that Kyle Wright would start tonight, but tonight’s starter now listed as TBD.

Nationals have pulled their relief arms off the market although still exploring Gio and Hellickson deals....

So confusing

Agree. Don't want to lose Riley.

Gohara is not going to headline a deal for archer. His stock is down

Archer is 34-49 over his last four seasons (includes this year). What is the hype? His ERA over that time is near 4 as well.

That a fresh start somewhere will revive him. He's a big gamble, especially for the price.

I thought the Indians needed a bat in the OF.
