The 4 teams voting against the proposal were the Mets, Yankees, Astros and Cardinals.

In other news, the 4 most disliked teams in baseball remain the Mets, Yankees, Astros and Cardinals.

The player reps from the teams voted 26-4 in favor of it.

As if they weren't hated enough, the Astros players were among the 4 to vote against the deal.

The eight executive committee members voted unanimously against this CBA. The player reps from the teams voted 26-4 in favor of it. So the richest players in the league who were all about getting money to the younger guys voted no and were willing to miss paychecks. Boras has to be seething.

MLB minimum wage goes up to $700K for 2022, grows to $780K by last year of the CBA

New pre-arb bonus pool of $50M

Playoff expansion to 12 teams

45-day window for MLB notification of rules changes for pitch clocks, larger bases, and banning shifts

Two top RoY vote-getters in each league get a full year of service time

The top X picks of the draft will be resolved by lottery (unclear what that number ended at)

Limit on the number of times a player can be optioned during the season without being DFA'd (last I heard was 5, was previously unlimited)

Ads allowed on jersey and helmets

Teams that have rookies start on Opening Day will get some unspecified draft inducement

International draft discussion will be kept open until July; if union agrees, the qualifying offer system will be gone before next offseason.

Also the ML portion of the Rule 5 draft is now obsolete.
