he is a key witness in the prosecution of Sandusky. I hope he doesn't say anything that would weaken the case against JS.

I don't see this ending well.
If anything he says is different from what was said to the Grand Jury, he can endanger the case and probably get charged with perjury.

When you consider how sensationalized this case has been in the media, I don't think that's a problem. Sandusky has already been convicted in the court of public opinion and he shot himself in the foot even more with his interview. There's no way Sandusky could look good with a jury even if you discount all the pre-trial bias that would be difficult to elminate.

Wow....if this is true some cops better duct tape their assholes. If true a lot of heads better roll! Including Mcqueary's.....he still could have gone to the state police or the FBI where the hometown police couldn't keep it quiet.
