I don't believe cocaine negatively impacts driving ability. It's neither a depressant nor a hallucinogen. At this point, we're punishing people for "driving while having fun." That was probably what the MADD biddies always had in mind, in their honest moments, but it's not good law.

He didn't even get pulled over. He crashed his car onto the actual train tracks. Not the overpass, but the actual tracks and couldn't get it off.

Court documents in the case obtained by a USA TODAY reporter revealed Jordan told police he had left a strip club before getting his vehicle stuck on the tracks sometime around 1:30 am. Tuesday

I watched the full video and was disappointed he eventually made it about race. Said if he was some white guy that was the son of a CEO or something that they wouldn't be doing this to him.
I was really hoping he wouldn't go there, but he did. And that was after the cops were actually cool to him and turned the music up for him after he asked them to turn the volume up.
