Tight Rope surgery. Usually need 3-4 weeks for it to heal.

That’s the “deer antler spray” timeline innit

Would a 2 loss Miami team get over a 3 loss sec team? You think the committee would give Miami the benefit of doubt missing their best player?

LSU was missing their best pass catcher during the Kentucky loss. Do we get to not count that one?

No excuse for ND. They lose and I don’t want to hear about ND until next year. (never)

That’s a huge loss. I wanted Miami at full strength going to south Bend

Longer than that. More like 6-8 weeks.

Bowers was the fastest I’ve ever seen come back after tightrope surgery at 6 weeks and he wasn’t the same player. Toney’s speed will be greatly affected by it and that’s a major part of his game.

People really just ignoring how good Mensah and that power run game is. They have a white WR named Cooper Barkgate that roomed w Mensah at Duke, had 1200 yards, and followed Mensah to Miami. He's a legit Number 1 WR that's been in Toney's shadow. Miami's offense is still going to take care of business. Their defense, especially the secondary, is their main problem. The only thing that has changed is that Mensah has an easier path to the Heisman trophy than before when there was a 35% chance Toney could steal it from him.

Now I understand why ND is favored

ND was favored by 5.5 before he injured himself in practice today.

Now up to 7.5.

That's tough news for Miami. Should be a great game and I think ND wins it with this injury report.

It felt like him and Jeremiah Smith were neck and neck for the Heisman. So it has to be Jeremiah, unless we see his numbers fall off with Saiyan injured.

Is he skipping the 2027 season?

Mensah was favored before the injury. Toney didn't have a catch for 3 quarters last week and Miami O was still dealing.

yeah cause Toney is a human highlight reel and takes a lot of attention away. Now the rest of the offense is about to get bottled up. And if they go down early to a team? They can’t just snap their fingers with Toney anymore. I can see Va Tech and ND beating them.

ND has like 5 defensive starters out too. So who freaking knows?
