I'm not going to speculate too much, but it sounds like the stress of rebuilding a high profile program is taking its toll on CLR. He didn't have many issues at OU because Stoops left Riley a gold mine, but the man wanted to branch out and build his own legacy to get out from under Stoops' shadow. The search committee better get their list of candidates ready.

It's possible. The same things happened while he was at Oklahoma (missing practices for personal reasons, etc) right before he left. So it isn't unprecedented with LR. His track record warrants skepticism.
