IDK man. Desty handled up Terrebonne pretty good.
Hammond played them tough

Still upset Iota ended Episcopal’s miracle season around 2002 in the 2A semis.

That was a few years removed from EHS’ 30+ game losing streak yet they limped into the playoffs and just kept winning until they hit Iota.

Desty beat Hammond 22-0, I think. A shut-out is nothing to sneeze at.

Anywho, it will be interesting to see how the Destrehan/LW game plays out.

Too bad we won't be able to watch its broadcast.

I enjoy 2A and 1A where small towns play each other. It’s the way things were meant to be.

Still think it’s absur that the private schools have 4 freaking classifications. Two would be plenty.

Do you realize the difference in sizes from small private to big private? You want 1a size schools playing 3a schools in playoffs?

I’ve been breaking down the all 22 on Slidell all day. Good matchup for the Spartans.

Saders gonna pull odd the upset in Yenni

Well, I hope they have more than 41 total yards like in the first meeting with Rummel.

I literally said they should have 2 classifications.

I and II
Ill and llll

Having 4 is rediculous. Teams that have no business being in the playoffs with losing records. It’s dumb.

Do you realize that 2 schools owned the state with 300-400 students, beating schools with 2000+ students for decades?

the 3a and 4a want not part of 5a.....

the 2a want NOooo part of the 3a.... some of those 4a and 2a schools wield some political stroke

So once again St. Paul’s chokes in the first round. It’s becoming all too familiar and common

Is it a choke when a team gets beaten by a better team?

This was their first losing season since 2002 - my 8th grade year.

Aside from the QB Mashburn (who is a great athlete), there seemed to be less talent than in years past - especially at the skills positions.
