They let go the guy that would be their 2nd best player for a point guard that can't defend! Rondo had DNPCDs last season because he is such a poor defender! The Lakers have made a lot of bad decisions over the last ~5 years! SAD!

LeBron has been in the league for 15-16 years and everybody always talks about how he does not have enough good players around him.
How many years and how many teams does it have to repeat itself before we conclude it is his fault?
Outside of Bosh coming to the heat and Kyrie coming to the cavs (for a cup of coffee) - why don’t any NBA All-Stars want to play with him?
