Please tell me you really aren't trying to say jokeic is better than Kobe Bryant?

But Lebron has logged almost 2x the minutes in the NBA Bird did, and has had a longer peak career than any player ever.

Because that’s a completely organic, all natural occurrence.

Larry Bird famously said..... (paraphrasing) "I owe it to my team but I owe it to the fans and more importantly to the vendors and concessions workers in Boston Garden because it gives them more money and jobs if we win....so me giving it my all.and winning puts butts in the seats and creates jobs." Maybe LeBron doesn't have "it". Maybe he doesn't get it...Fine. But you can't take that much money over your career and then reduce the game to playground status after it built you an Empire.

Bird would have made Lebron cry. I’m not kidding.

It was probably a Tuesday since Lebron legit tried to trademark the term Taco Tuesday.

I used to really enjoy watching Laker basketball. Mostly, the teams were competitive night in and night out. I’ve been a fan of the Lakers since 1978 and I just can’t watch this shite they’re putting on the floor most nights.

I had thought, erroneously now, the signing of Lebron would bring back some glory to the franchise. Just maybe they would start winning the west again or at least be there at the end of the season. Nope.

This is the softest team I’ve ever seen. The second half they fold like a wet towel. As soon as the Nuggets were up by 5 and the Lakers started throwing up 3’s and missing them… I knew it was over.

I would watch the Suns but they suck arse as well.

They won a title and made the conference finals after they missed the playoffs 6 years in a row before he arrived.

Jesus Lakers fans are spoiled. I'd kill for title and a conference finals as a pels fan

The context of the question is whether his teammates are pressing because they feel the pressure to be perfect against Denver.

He said "it's just basketball" in the context of you just need to go out there and play. Don't overcomplicate things.

This is the type of statement I’d expect from Lebron. When you get your arse beat, “it’s just basketball.” When you are doing the arse-kicking, it’s more than basketball.

You see players with that attitude all over gyms and courts.

Dude. Y'all just won the championship 4 years ago, and was in the conference finals last year. Get over yourself.

And at the end of the day, you're no Michael Jordan.

It’s fascinating how Jordan fans have to insert Jordan’s name into any story related about Lebron. “What’d you have for dinner tonight Lebron” “Tacos” “Jordan is the clear GOAT because Lebron was caught eating Tacos this past Wednesday” Screams insecurities from Jordan fans.

I am very sorry that your high hopes for being a fan of a GOAT was all for naught. There is still room on the Jordan train if you would like to join.

So, shut up and dribble?

Wouldn't it be the opposite? If you are using the "it's just basketball" quote then that would mean there are things more important than basketball for him to focus on.
