Sources to @YahooSports: There was frustration with Milwaukee players for doing this without talking to others. LeBron James initially stated he would go with the consensus, then got angry and stormed out.

This is the equivalent of not wanting to fight someone until you know one of your friends is going to hold you back. After the situation you'd be able to say, "man, I was ready to whoop their arse!!"

Everyone knows you didn't want any piece of that in the first place. Same with lebron here. Now that he knows the rest of the league is going to "hold him back" (finish the season) he can act a fool and say "I would've quit!" so he gets the clout for being so woke.

Sorry bron, but you got outvoted. Now is the time to stand United with your leaguemates. And play. I look forward to the season resuming either Tmrw or on the weekend.

Yes, you absolutely can. It's called unionizing.

Except the players have a union, and that union has a agreement with the NBA that includes a rule prohibiting players from going on strike.

Not 28/30. Closer to 14/16 because only playoff teams are in the bubble right now.
Oops!!!

But my point still stands...not about the 28 but about all but 2 teams wanting to play

I think 2 or 3 teams have been eliminated, so I guess it's more like 11 out of 13 or something.

Either way, LE's point is incorrect, that's what I was pointing out and that still stands.

Another example no one cares about bubble basketball

I usually disagree on every Lester Earl opinion besides some football things but he is right in this case. Most fans and most players both seem to be over the bubble.

Every one of these sports has gotten a little political with all of this stuff, so you can't say the decreased ratings isn't related to that.

Why not? You got poll results stating that's why the ratings are down? I didn't think so.

Because I have a functioning brain and I'm one of the people (and know others in my social circle) who were watching a lot this year with Zion, but haven't watched since they returned due to them going overboard with all of the BLM stuff. Consider it a small survey sample.

This is not going to end how they think it’s going to end. On another thought would this not void their contracts?

Considering Jordan convinced the other teams to agree to play I say it checks out
