The guy looks very inaccurate and puts his receivers in bad positions when trying to make catches. I am not sure why the scouts and the media have hyped him so much. I bet he ends up being another Ryan Leaf at the next level.

You're not sure? He'sore of a project imo, but he's got a cannon, a good frame, and is accurate enough.

Nobody thinks he doesn’t care about the game enough?

I get that this is a SUPER hot take..

But he doesn’t seem like he likes football at all.

Honestly you never know there have been a lot of guys that never had the passion for the game. They were just blessed physically.

Bryan Fischer @BryanDFischer
Justin Herbert’s last completion came with 6:46 left in the 2Q.

Ehh.

He doesn’t seem lazy to me.

But I don’t think he has half the “want” to be an NFL QB who puts in work to be a franchise guy.

Why can't someone besides Burrow be good?

Daniel Jones and Mitch Trubisky are being drafted in the top 3 these days. It’s okay to talk about him

Herbert had a 67.5 completion % and 31 td's to 5 int's this year. He also is a big guy with a strong arm.

It's not hard to figure out why he gets scouting hype.

I agree, and Josh Allen is rated in the top half of NFL starters and has Buffalo sitting at 9-3 and 2nd in the NFC West. He wasn't good at first, but he's starting to come on.

Hebert is similar. The raw goods are definitely there. He might take a year or two to settle into a new role, but he has as good of a chance as anyone else to become an effective NFL QB. Could he fail? Sure. Most people fail at this.

You can't give a guy with that haircut the keys to a franchise.

Some NFL team will give him $20-30 million guaranteed while Dak plays 4 years for minimum wage and a $95,000 signing bonus.

He’s like 31st by PFF and can’t complete a pass further than 7 yards downfield.
