Driftwood is the rich neighborhood (area) that feeds buda. Buda itself isn’t much. Anything off 1826 or further west on 967 is money. And it is going to explode in the next few years. Whatever you buy you will sell for much more.
I think lots are ~$100k but are big arse acre lots and can be financed. I heard of someone recently I know who bought a house in circle c years ago and sold in 6hours for 100k over asking price. They got once upon a time sub $300k and sold $800k+

I’ll have her look into Driftwood then. I’m tired of this stuff and her so set on some pool that’s a community pool. I mean I’d rather go to the lake than a pool. Especially since I have a ski boat in storage shed
