It means when he’s rebounding he’s laying over the defender, grabbing and pulling them down. When he gets tired it’s even worse. Illegal contact every time. Not one foul called for over the back. Two games he’s done it about 20 times and had one foul for it.

I listened to Rob Perez and Antonio Daniels discuss this for about a half hour. Rob said the falling is no big deal as only two fouls were called out of the viral clip and this actually hurts Shai as he is not ready to get back on D. Daniels was pretty upset that it's hurting the discussion about otherwise good basketball.

I don't love it to be clear, no matter his intention. He's a good defender and if he misses, you're giving a team that loves to get out in transition a 5 on 4.

One other thing I forgot to mention listening to a bunch of NBA Radio yesterday -- nearly everybody said the refs are going to adjust on Hartenstein and he will be fouled out immediately if he does what he did the other night.

Yeah, Eddie Johnson started screaming about all of this and was like "these guys are just trying to win, what do you want?" It is interesting how social media is affecting how we consume and interpret sports now.
