And WAAAY back when they won, Jimmy was replaceable.

fricking tool will die thinking those super bowls were 70% his awesome GM skills and 30% Jimmy and those top tier coordinators he had for that time.

Any coach who goes there is an idiot. Not until Jerry dies. And then he’d need a long talk with the son to see how big of a moron Junior is going to be.

I love every fricking second of it.

This, fricking all of this

And frick the Cowboys

So you are going to leave out the fact that it was said in jest, and they all laughed and shook hands at the same time?

I cannot believe so many people actually think SP would be a HC for Jerry Jones.

Yet Jerry hires them, usually forces coordinators on them, and constantly undermines them. Players know the head coach does not have the final say and to work Jerry for “better” answer.

Sometimes Jerry wants a walk around CEO coach, other times he wants a head coach/coordinator, and he changes his position on this after hiring the guy.

Only Jimmy and first couple of years of Parcels (due to wanting new stadium) did Jerry stay out of the way enough to let the head coach truly act and be seen by the players as the head coach.

I’m getting to the point of feeling kinda bad for the legitimate cowboy fans. Don’t get me wrong it’s still hilarious and I enjoy that more than I feel bad for them. But there is a small part of me that kinda feels bad.

He's not wrong, they have drafted well in recent years.

Now he's the one hiring the coaches, so he should also point at himself.
