Honestly this franchise deserves all the losses and bad karma they get with this guy running the show.

Been a lot of different coaches.

The GM is the one constant.

Cowboys deserve this 40 year walk in the desert. Only 13 years of misery left for you guys.

He could have had Payton but he blew it.

Look at McCarthy’s face. That’s the face of shutting up and taking it.

He hires the coaches. It’s way past time for Jerry to go.

Jones is the problem. Ever since Jimmy Johnson he's hell-bent on avoiding any coaches that might outshine him.

Other than getting paid, not sure why any coach would want to go to Dallas with him still alive.

it wont end for them until jerry is no longer making the decisions, he could have had payton, but he couldnt give up control to anyone else

And WAAAY back when they won, Jimmy was replaceable.

fricking tool will die thinking those super bowls were 70% his awesome GM skills and 30% Jimmy and those top tier coordinators he had for that time.

Any coach who goes there is an idiot. Not until Jerry dies. And then he’d need a long talk with the son to see how big of a moron Junior is going to be.

I love every fricking second of it.

Will anything change once Jerry's son takes over as GM or will it be more of the same?

Yes, Stephen can actually draft and I think he will be more apt to take a step back as owner

Maybe it’s just me and I don’t have the money/power that it comes with. But unless I had grown up in football and been a coach prior to owning a team, I would never think I could manage a team! When it all boils down, who really cares if I get the glory when I have the Super Bowl trophy? Does anyone really think Robert Kraft cares that people give the credit to Brady and Bellichick? He has 5 Super Bowl trophy’s!

That has been my strategy for a few years now. Just waiting for Jerry to kick the bucket. Can't fix stupid.
