I just think it is weird this place of all places is in uproar and citizen is seen with a legally owned gun..

What happened to defending our rights?

I wonder why the change lol

You are missing the point, it’s a thread about responsibility and understanding your role as a star player. Nobody is here to debate gun rights

The only reason they didn’t charge him in Colorado was because he wasn’t technically seen drinking with the gun in his hand

Is the government trying to say Ja can’t go on instagram live with a gun?

What rights did he lose?

Also, pretty sure you can't just willy nilly flash a gun in a car while on the road. I believe that's not legal anyway.

I guess he couldn't go much higher but Morant has solidified his spot as dumbest athlete currently going.

Sounds like he's just trying to get the dumbest athlete of all time award.

His employer is the one who doesn’t want him acting like this

Don’t be an idiot
Don’t flash a gun
Don’t go with your gang and beat up people at the mall
Don’t make the NBA look like it did in 2002

Not defending the guy…I think he’s dumb and pretending to be something he’s not…but if the gun is his and is on private property he isn’t doing anything illegal.
Has nothing to do with legality at this point.

We’re all watching him throw away millions and most wish he’d stop doing that.

He’s fine to legally flash guns while singing about killing people. But I don’t think Nike or all-nba voters are going to like it.

Maybe Memphis should take this as a lesson and cut bait. All world talent with no brains. How can you willingly invest 100's of millions in him after multiple screw-ups?
He gets his money even if they cut him.

I love when people compare incidents like this; Holding a gun in the air, while rapping about killing people to Leroy having a 9 mm under his seat and then saying “He’s just exercising his second amendment rights”

NBA needs to consult with c on z, he didn’t see any gun.

He represents the Grizzlies. He represents Nike.

It doesn't have to be illegal for him to be in deep shite.

We have congress people make up Christmas cards with the family showing off their ARs. What the difference if NBA players showing off his gun.

I bet he doesn’t. These contracts have clauses in them for shite like this. If it gets to that point the NBA and grizzlies have way better lawyers than Ja Morant.

If his actions harm his employer which are the guzzlers and NBA say goodbye to millions.
