None of this is even a little bit accurate.

Both of these are not true.

Why tf does it matter where on the depth chart Terry was at OSU? You say that like it holds some meaning in that he’s somehow not actually as good as he is. He’s an all pro now and has been elite since day 1 in the NFL. Just having him alone makes them good.

Just so you know, Joe B was on the bench there too, does that he mean he’s not very good?

Probably the best case of a QB carrying his team since Mark Sanchez single handedly engineered back to back AFC title game appearances for the Jets

You have to be trolling. Trent Dilfer and Sanchez are the biggest "they won in spite of" QBs in the last 25 years.

13th in Total Defense
McLaurin has had 5 straight 1000 yard seasons. Zaccheus and Brown have been decent 2//3 WR's. Also, Ertz is a top notch TE which takes pressure off the WR corps.Team was 3rd in NFL in rushing offense. Sure a lot of that was Daniels, but Robinson and Ekeler aren't chopped liver. Their RB's combined for 1600 yards on 354 carries for 4.5 YPC and 13 TD's. Do you even watch the games?

These signings big especially considering Wagner one of the original LB’s in Quinn’s style of the cover 3… sometimes it only takes a couple players … Sharper was that player for the Saints in 09 changed the whole mentality of that team though Drew and Sean get the credit

Quinn is a better DC and HC than Riveria and far better than DC than Del Rio, and it’s his defense. He brought along the passing defense coordinator from his Dallas defensive staff to be the DC.

I can't believe LSU lost seven games with Daniels as their quarterback.

He has been really good, but you cannot discount the effect of going from Eric Bieniemy to Kliff Kingsbury at offensive coordinator.

Washington had a good plan to get an early pick in the first round and a new head coach by hiring Bieniemy as OC.

Drew Brees, NO

Love Drew and this isn't to say I agree with OP, but Drew had top OL most of his time in New Orleans. WR corp was unheralded but good, had good TE most of his time here, and elite RB most of his time here. Now I'm sure some of that was attributable to him, but the Saints had good teams.
quote:

Tom Brady, NE and TB

Either had a top 3 defense or all pro level offensive talent at all times.
quote:

Peyton Manning, IND

Had absolute top end talent at the skill spots most of his time there as well as elite OL.
quote:

Eli Manning, NYG

Average quarterback who turned it on in the post season. Decent argument.
quote:

Pat Mahomes, KC

Hasn't done anything special offensively this year, and has had a top 2 TE of all time on his roster throughout.
quote:

Joe Burrow, CIN

Great WR corp, horrible OL.
quote:

Josh Allen, BUF

Fair.

I love Peyton, but those Colts teams had some offensive weapons. Edge, Wayne, and Harrison…that’s a HoFer and two other studs.

Ever heard of John Elway, neophyte?

Dragging Dan Reeves teams to 3 Super Bowls in 4 years.

Miss me on your recency bias lack of history take.

Also...OP is just making shite up, nobody believes your made up opinion about the strength or lack thereof of the Redskins team.

Does not belong here. TB had an unbelievable defense that played lights out and single handily beat the chiefs that year.

Some of the NE teams you would be hard pressed also as he never won a Super Bowl without a top ten defense there.

John Elway, DEN

Had great RBs and defense also

quote:

Eli Manning, NYG

The defense had a huge part in that also

These are all really bad examples in my opinion

That 2007 defense doesn’t get enough credit for the SB win over Patriots. Gave the Patriots their 2nd worse offensive performance of the season in terms of ypp and points
