Washington DC is 3/4 red, white, and blue. WFT just needs to change their scheme

Technically the Cardinals do too, but the team that's been there the longest, The Sun's, have completely different colors.

A couple of years ago, the Dbacks changed their scheme to better match the Yotes.

Now the Yotes have gone somewhat permanently back to their original look, which strangely matches what the Suns are doing.

Marlins/Dolphins?

If there is a city that should go to a city wide cooor scheme ita Miami.

The Marlins and heat Miami vice unis are sick.

I’m sure you could make the Dolphins work too, but they’re too established to change.

I’ve always thought the Pittsburgh think was awesome and other cities are missing out. Same thing with nicknames that share a theme with the city. The civic pride angle of sports can gain you fans and make it fun for people who may not necessarily be diehards of a certain sport.

Also how dumb was it to basically cut off all fans from any other state except Texas. Because who is gonna root for a team called the Texans unless you’re from or live in Texas? A state that already is 98% Dallas Cowboys fans

I think they got too cocky thinking they could overtake the Cowboys in the state of Texas or something

The New Orleans Baguettes does not exactly strike fear into anyone playing them, though the mascot might look suffienctly amusing to make it worthwhile. Also, given the salaries professional athletes make, the New Orleans Po Boys would probably be a bad choice as well.

From 1960-1987, the St. Louis Cardinals football team wore red and white like the baseball Cardinals.

They are lighter teal and orange, let the Marlins and Heat go with the darker/neon teal and orange.

The Braves have a bit of red but it’s a mere coincidence.
Thrashers were not red either.
But Hawks, Falcons and Thrashers shared a theme.

Chicago is pretty close if you throw out the Cubs.
