Check out the hair-do thingy he got for the draft yesterday. It's Victor Wembanyama on the back of his head.

He and McAfee are my two least favorite whites on ESPN.

I've only caught him a few times on sec channel, but he seemed like a southern kid who grew up with a gold spoon in his mouth, tries to act country, but couldn't survive 12 hours out in the wilderness, with out room service.

I know Marty Smith is a good dude, I think he just tries too hard. He’s like the kid in school that wants so badly to be a part of the group but everything he does is forced and awkward and no one really wants him around.

He was fine when he was just a NASCAR writer/reporter. Now that he is more prominent on ESPN he plays up his “bro country” character. His haircut (his normal one, not just this one) screams douche bag.

He has to do what he needs to to keep his job amidst all the cuts at ESPN right now.
