Chuck Knoll (four championships), Bill Belichick (six championships), Don Shula, Bill Walsh, Vince Lombardi (five championships), George Halas (six championships), Tom Landry (twenty consecutive winning seasons and two championships)?

As for all time greatest coaches, what about John Wooden (10 championships), Phil Jackson (11 championships) or Rod Dedeaux, born in New Orleans and coached USC to 11 College World Series championships and 29 PAC-10 (or its precursors) championships.

There are a few others that were dominant in their day. Bear Bryant (six championships), Nick Saban, Pat Summit of the Lady Vols, who had eight championships and never had a losing season in 39 years, or Red Auerbach who coached the Celtics to nine championships.

Or Paul Brown who reached the AFL championship game in all ten of his years coaching the Browns and won seven of them.

Or Scotty Bowman, who won nine Stanley Cups.

Or Knute Rockne, who won three championships and had a career record of 105-12-5.

I'm bias but I think he's already Top 5. Bill Walsh and Belicheck are ahead of him but I doubt you could list 3 others better than him. I could see why some would say Shula as well.
