playcalling by Taylor are dog shite

Such bullshite. That dog shite play calling let Jeaux chuck 5 TDs and 400 yds. I guess each and every completion is on an audible?

Look, I am a Burrow fan, but teams are going to struggle when paying the top QBs the going rate.

The model is draft the best young QB and spend money around them while you can. Wash, CHI and probably not Den are in the window for the next few years and then it gets harder, but not impossible.

Burrow and Allen are going through what Mahomes has. When you get the big contract you can't keep all your top players. The only way to sustain winning is the GM has to hit on draft picks since players are cheap on their 1st contract.

Is it? Taylor admitted that he wanted to go conservative in OT with three straight runs after the Lamar fumble. Zac Taylor is a terrible coach.

Needs to distribute his contract to get a team around him since the GM won’t. But the organization is horrible and always has been. Letting Jesse Bates go was huge for the defensive backfield.

Losing Reader was a big loss. Losing Mixon, not so much. Taylor is too conservative in crunch time for sure. Really though, they've had some bad breaks. They can still beat anyone in the league, when healthy. They can also lose to anyone.

And Burrow's big cap space hit doesn't happen for 2 more years.

One of the main issues in Cincy is the owner is cheap AF. People don’t understand not all NFL owners swim in the cash required to pay signing bonuses, because it’s money that is paid now.

I didn’t realize this until recently but owners are required to put guaranteed money into escrow accounts when contracts are signed

Does the size of Burrow’s contact effectively prevent the team from retaining their other talent?

This happens every single time one of these QBs signs a mega contract. It's the main reason why, in the rookie wage scale era, none of them besides Mahomes have won a Super Bowl after signing a second contract.

Dax Hill-better as a corner which we finally moved him to this year, was doing better but now out for the year.

Myles Murphy-Jury is still out, I didn’t like the pick

DJ Turner-has looked decent

Zach Carter-dog shite

Jordan Battle-this is a mystery, had a solid rookie season. We signed Bell and almost refuse to play Battle

We’ve wiffed on the draft in several places. Drafting Jackson Carman in the second round when we could’ve had him in the third or fourth(his tape wasn’t impressive). I HATED this pick. He’s now on Miami’s practice squad.

Drafting TE Sample in the second I didn’t like but he has atleast made a role for himself in this offense.

These last 2 safeties we’ve signed (Nick Scott and Geno Stone) haven’t panned out.

A major problem we have is we really only have 1 guy who can get to the QB, Hendrickson. Hubbard is just a run stopper. Rankins and Hill can clog the middle but teams are still running all over us. They’ve both missed time.

DT needs to be our top priority this off-season.

Oh, and getting rid of Taylor. I know he calls plays and the offense looks Super Bowl worthy(defense looks first overall pick worthy) but that’s more to do with Burrow, Chase, Higgins and Brown and not him.

You forgot taking the ball out of the hands of your top 3 QB and settle for a 53yd FG to win the game.

They've put themselves in a hole, but this team can beat anyone. Defense is a concern, but they're a couple plays away from being 3-2

Boohoo poor Joey B.

Plenty of great QBs were stuck in much worse situations than Burrow their entire careers. Dude has plenty of weapons.

Bungles with Burrow like Miami with Marino. Early in career Super Bowl loss, never to see it again.

What matters now is they’re 1-4, and with very slim margin of error. The defense is a hot mess and I’m sure Danny Dimes will rack up stats next week.

As for Taylor, he will get another year unfortunately. Someone needs to take his playbook though.

Every year during the draft, I always check to see if the Bungles draft an O lineman to help Joe.... but the rarely do
