If companies aren't doing this they can call in a third party company to do a forensic search themselves and report back findings.
I know they are logged but typically not read unless there is an issue. I cant speak for if certain words trigger a review, because that's would be different for every company.

Stop giving wins to these fricking people. Make them fire you for actions taken long before you were even thought of as an employee by the Raiders. frick. This just gives the social media mobs and victims that much more power.

Gruden is cancelled and done. I would have great respect if he didn't resign, forced his firing, and called out all this BS cancel culture stuff on his way out the door.
