This years Notre Dame team was really good. I wouldn't call them "All-Time Great" team but these scores are impressive. 8 shutouts. 10 points in the entire playoffs. That is crazy good.

20 - 00 4A: Breaux Bridge (5-5-0)
28 - 23 4A: Teurlings Catholic (9-4-0)
40 - 07 2A: Opelousas Catholic (7-4-0)
35 - 00 2A: Loreauville (9-3-0)
61 - 00 2A: Sacred Heart (VP) (2-8-0)
61 - 00 2A: West St Mary (4-7-0)
46 - 00 2A: Delcambre (3-8-0)
49 - 06 2A: Jeanerette (0-10-0)
41 - 00 2A: Catholic (NI) (3-7-0)
41 - 00 2A: Haynes (7-4-0) @ 1st Round
28 - 07 2A: Calvary (9-3-0) @ Quarterfinal
33 - 00 2A: St Thomas Aquinas (12-1-0) @ SemiFinal

was it 01 evangel that should have lost to Byrd, but they fumble the game winning TD out of the end zone? or was that 2000?

2008 Destrehan team was LOADED on the offensive side of the ball.

QB- Jordan Jefferson (I know)
RB- Jericho Nelson (started 3 years for Arkansas at LB and S)
WR- Damaris Johnson (started all 4 years at Tulsa. Was a freshman all-American and still holds the NCAA record for career all purpose yards)
WR- Tim Molton (4 or 5* recruit that tore his ACL before transferring to LA Tech and tearing his other ACL)

Not to mention Darrington Sentimore on the D-line.

98' WM team is the best I've seen strictly off size and strength in the trenches. That's the most important part of football so I'll go with them.

So many JC Teams

2002 Evangel

1998 West Monroe

1994-95 Salmen

1990 Ruston

There are some Neville Teams and Haynesville Teams that could of won it all in any class.

I'd say the 98 West Monroe team and the 90 Ruston team were probably the two best.

The 2003 Hahnville team that beat Evangel for the title was pretty damned strong but not like those two.

1990 Ruston was incredible. I believe they went back and forth between #1 and 2 in country. Not sure what the hell happened to them over the last 10-15 years.

Small schools 1998 Kentwood High could have nearly competed ( a single game with any team) with all classes.
