They should play in Somalia. The Vikings could play in Somalia since they got enough Somali pirates there.

The had a college football matchup in Tokyo every year from '77-'93.

I have vague memories of this game in the late 80s/early 90s.

Barry Sanders accepted the Heisman via satellite before heading to the Tokyo Dome to play Texas Tech.

Does any American fan of an NFL team actually like these foreign soil games?

Not just enjoy a trip abroad, but actually prefer their team to have a foreign soil game on the schedule?

Nebraska's win there in 92 secured the Big 8 title, and they were really dominant in the 90s. Cowboy Bebop was made around the same time of the height of their 90s run and they had one of their background characters wearing a Nebraska hat. There's an appetite for football there, I'm kinda surprised it wasn't one of the first international cities when the NFL started looking to go that route

Miami and Colombia makes perfect sense. Germany should have the Browns.

Since they are ahead in time NFL could have an 8pm game here on Sat night which would be 10am Sun in Japan roughly.

Wouldn’t the Bucs be a better fit for that scenario?
