The NFL pass interference rule is the worst rule in sports.

Aaron Hernandez was kind of a rabble rouser.

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are the best playoffs in all of sports, and the Cup is the hardest trophy to win.

I'll give you two.

#1. NFL should keep the conferences but drop the divisions. Each team plays a home-and-home with every other team in their conference. Team with the best record in each conference plays in the Super Bowl. No playoffs, just a championship. I understand this means each team plays 30 games a season. I don't care.

#2. Passing stats should be adjusted. QBs get yards in the air past the line of scrimmage and not the yards after the catch added to their passing totals.

The Seattle Kraken will prove why the NBA should not place a team there.

Not saying the Bama team was the best ever, but beating Texas isnt that big of an accomplishment.

Texas a top 10 team?

They were only ranked high because of undeserved preseason hype. You really think Texas, who went 8-5 and beat Kansas by 2 points, is a top 10 team?

Probably not that hot of a take but I think athleticism in general is at peak levels. You could confidently say that an elite college football team from today would wipe the floor with the 85 bears. The separation gap of generational athleticism will be minimal. Players 20 years from now will be better than now but not much better. Not from a pure size/speed/strength standpoint. Gains will be made in scheme and technique if I had to guess.

Here's a few:
-The NBA Star Relativity Theory: NBA Stars from the 90s would not be stars in Modern NBA. Likewise, Modern NBA stars would not be stars in 90s NBA. The game has changed so much between how it is played to how referees call the rules.
-NBA Viewership would benefit from the League adopting a Hard Salary Cap.
-Pre-Covid, MLB would not have benefited from removing Umpires for a laser measured system. Part of the fun is watching the Manager and Umpire argue before the Manager is tossed. Post-Covid, there's no reason to keep them around.
-MLB would benefit from play review the same way Hockey has with goals being reviewed.
-The NFL needs to fire roughly half of it's referees
-MLS would not benefit from a Pro/Rel System.
-NCAA Football Seedings have been pretty solid, and there's been zero reason to go to 8 teams (Besides Money).
-March Madness should be home court for the first two rounds, based on the team who is highest seeded in the foursome.
-EA and 2K can have their full license to create sports video games, but cannot make a deal to lock said league to their game.

Barry bonds is the greatest player of two generations and should be in the hof regardless. Plenty of pitchers were doping out of their minds and it was an even playing field all the way around. Steroids don’t make your hand eye coordination any better and he was a hof player before the allegations began.

Michael Vick would have been unstoppable in the Mike Shanahan offense in his era.
