If she talks just say she is a former poor performing employee who holds a grudge. Use em and trash em.

And the next question will be.

“And what about all of the poor performing male employees who are still employed?”

I'm sure this will help in the ongoing strife between the NFL & the officials union

Do y'all realize there's a very good chance the 2026 season starts with replacement officials?

I want you as a replacement ref.

We wouldn't be worse and that's a fact.

The funny thing is you actually believe that.

The fact no ref has ever been fired for performance besides her.

The NFL cuts officials loose frequently. Go 3-4 years without earning a playoff assignment you're done, whether through firing, non-renewal of your contract etc.

It is tough to tell what is really going on behind closed doors without seeing all the evaluations, but lawsuits like this always bring a lot of unwanted tension to the league. Hopefully, it gets sorted out fairly in court so everyone can just move forward.

We would all be speaking German if women were viewed as equals to men throughout our history!

Oh and you're aware that was not even remotely his call right?

62zip is 100% correct on this. It was a very bad no call, but not the Referee's to make. If Bill Vinovich had thrown a flag for pass interference on a pass thrown down field the NFL would have given him a bad post-game review. Once the pass is thrown the Referee's primary focus is on the quarterback watching for roughing the quarterback. and for any "extra-curricular activity" by players in the backfield. If the referee is looking downfield, he is not doing his job correctly. Blame for the bad non call is on the short and deep wing and possibly the back judge.

In a new lawsuit, one of the first three women to officiate an NFL game describes her three years at the pinnacle of her profession as a descent into the grip of a sexist institution unable to treat a woman as an equal.
So, according to this woman treating women as equal means you have to ignore incompetence. Frivolous law suits like this only hurt competent women.

Her contribution was suggesting “Choose Love” be added on the backs of helmets. Thank you for your service, Robin.

Happens all the time. There's no union protecting them.

Good. Let the DEI shite bite them in the arse. They should never have hired her in the first place! Male refs suck enough as it is. Don't need female refs.

The NFL I know will bury her in court because before they fired her they had their ducks in order, evidence lined up to the point the judge will probably be open to a countersuit.

They have more money for lawyers and endless motions. That is all that matters

They all should be fired.
ALL?

It happens all the time at all levels.

More so about bad mechanics and rules interpretations that missing or blown calls....

how many plays in a game - How many calls do coaches miss in a game or plays where a player messes up?

Nobody has ever played , coached, officiated, scouted, fanned or parent a perfect game.... ever.

Oh, they have a union, NFLRA. Not as good as Major League Baseball but pretty strong. A number of NFL officials are not fired. Some are "reassigned" to off the field duties and of course some go back to NCAA.

I say it in every thread that involves women in authority positions..

Whatever they touch will fail. Women are not designed to handle any sort of authority and/or pressure.
They are too emotional with no control over that emotion.
They are physically inferior and emotional wrecks in dealing with simple adversity.

I wouldnt hire a woman into any authority positions, ever.
