The NFL I know will bury her in court

She has a good case. All she has to do is point to the ref that fricked up the saints rams call getting promoted.
What "ref" is that and what did he get promoted to?

NFL officiating is a joke. Remember when officiating got bad and they brought in the replacements? The replacements were even worse. Had fans begging to bring back the same shitty officials as before. The NFL knows exactly what it's doing. This isn't incompetence anymore. It's deliberately fricking the game and nothing anyone can do about it.
The replacements were used because the NFL staff was locked out.
So, who are you gonna replace them with? Maybe the NFL could hold some tryouts for message board fanboys.

This dyke was fired because of something she did off the field. It definitely wasn't her in game performance that got her fired. She pissed off the wrong person.
So we know she's a dyke? Is there a link somewhere that tells us that it wasn't her performance?

This will make it harder for women to get these jobs in the future.
If a company feels they can't fire a certain group of employees for poor performance without a lawsuit, they will stop hiring people from that group.

All it takes is a sympathetic jury and its a massive payday.

She was involved in 3 of those weird Chiefs games in 2024 where they magically won and had some calls gifted to them.
She was a patsy used to deliver Chiefs to the Super Bowl

They didn't do anything to Vinovich and crew so I side with her.

I hope she wins and sinks the NFL. Roger Goodell deserves it.

That's nice. I'll try again, what did he get promoted to?
Oh and you're aware that was not even remotely his call right?

In that case, it would be pretty dumb to fire her, wouldn't it?

I am not gonna play this game with your goofy arse. The dude was the head ref in a game that had the most egregious non call in nfl history. Then the next year was the head ref in the superbowl.

Apparently you don't understand the difference between an assignment and a promotion.
There is no such thing as a "head ref," but I digress. It wasn't his call, but everyone seems to want to make it his since it's his name they know. The guys who were responsible for the call didn't get a post-season assignment. The guy who was not responsible for the call got assigned a Super Bowl the following season. I'm really not sure what point you're trying to make, but you do you.

you may want to check with the nfl
LINK
Position
Offensive backfield, right side of the formation, 15 yards deep and behind the normal Tight End position
General Responsibilities
Wears the white cap, known as the crew chief and leader of the officiating crew
Oversees everything related to the officials and maintains the pace of the game
Verbally and visually communicates all fouls
Counts the offensive players on the field
Determines first downs or if a measurement is necessary

What am I supposed to be checking?
Each crew has a referee and six other officials, there is no "head ref."
Try again.

If she talks just say she is a former poor performing employee who holds a grudge. Use em and trash em.

We wouldn't be worse and that's a fact.

Should have never been hired in the first place.
But I hope she wins. The NFL deserves it for pushing DEI shite.
