If he wants to keep his job he must play faster, no? They ran 33 plays yesterday. How the hell is that possible.
Well, they didn't have a first down after 4 minutes into the game unless they got one in the fourth quarter.
It's nothing about speed of play. They are simply inept.

I was meaning against the bottom dwellers.
And do you know what’s funny? They still may win the west.

After 6 games they have a total of 131 points. 19 under the required 150 at this point of the season.
21.84 points per game.
25 pts/game for Ferentz the Younger to keep his job.

Kirk will probably call their bluff and him and nepobaby will end up getting a pay raises.

Iowa has a new AD that may not be so enamored with how King Ferentz runs things. May toss the kid to throw her weight around.
I'm still amazed that the kid technically works for the AD to get around nepotism laws. I mean, how can you be that blatant and have a straight face about it?

Because this is their fanbase

Winners win... yeah our offense sucks but your LSU team is nothing to write home about... I guarantee you our players after college football are better members of society than your players... kiss my arse, we actually care about education...look at Baton Rouge lol

Ferentz is taking the game back to the 1920's when they punted on first down.

If he didn't hire his kid, he would have a golden throne in Iowa City.

The hubris is stunning.

I'm amazed that enough people care about Iowa football on this board that there are three threads dedicated to them on p1.
Eta: Make that four.

Iowa leading receiver (tight end , duh) is out for season after tearing his ACL.

6 completions per game becomes 4.

Truth is LSU players will be making millions in NFL while Iowa players will be selling real estate because they sucked at football
No. The truth is that despite a stone age offense Iowa still puts a lot of players into the NFL.

Not one but two Ferentz on the sideline. It’s honestly incredible they can average 10 points a game.

6-1... easy schedule helps, amazing what can happen when you play defense and don't turn the ball over.

Correct. Per spotrac Iowa has 31 players currently in NFL which ranks #13.

LSU is tied for 3rd with Georgia. #1 is Alabama

They’ll be 11-1 with the dead last ranked offense
That is fricking hilarious and sad at the same time
They’ll get trucked 35-0 as usual in the title game by either Michigan or Ohio state.
