Any reason I shouldn't do it? House is across the street from mine and I would also like some say on who lives there
Definitely would use a title company if you're not sure on liens. My brother and I have bought a lot of foreclosures over the years and research ourselves since recorder of deeds info is online and so is casenet. If we weren't sure on one we contacted our title company.
Like the fact its across the street from you.. Easier to manage. Numbers seem good as well

It is running in after hours. Fidelity currently has it at 9.32 - up .73 in after hours.
I wish I had more shares.

My shares on lend have a lending rate of 5.881 premarket. Just as an FYI
I saw on Fidelity they asked me to lend my shares. I was curious and the lending rate was 6%. Anyone else have something different? I did not sign up for it.
Anyone else do the online auctions here? Hibids is a site that has a huge list of auctions going every day. If anyone interested i will tell you which ones to avoid and the good ones that I have had experience with. Have a few others outside of HiBids as well.
On Fidelity last night if you clicked after hours trading it did show 8.25 as well.

frick! It's trending on Stocktwits. This could be $10+ before I can buy any.
You can't buy in after hours? I just bought 50 shares in my Roth IRA in Fidelity. Not a lot of funds in that account.

Yes. small buys each time in roth ira and regular account. Buys from 7.40s down to 6.80s
That reddit post --- DAMN....128,741 shares at a cost of 1.79 and another 479 shares in Roth IRA. I am jealous.....
not much volume on this. Fidelity is showing 115 in volume today and 90 day average of 3,023. The spread is crazy. Bid .03 x 30,000 Ask .17 49,999
52 week range of .01 to .50
Thinly traded stock. May I ask what lead you to this one?

Volume already has exceeded the 90 day average. Someone wants in really bad. I do too since I finally have some $ to put in.
Where does everybody see this by year end?

Looking at JM Bullion and they have silver at 88.15. Not too bad considering where it was in pre market. It was getting hammered but it recovered.

Thank you. Pulled that permit up -- application date was on December 18th. Sq footage shows 10,110 sq ft in the additional information tab.
Address: Bunit 150 2101 E ST ELMO RD , AUSTIN TX, 78744
Sorry -- missed post above about details. Wallboard passed end of January. Need to get the contractor Arco Murray to get things going...
can anyone read that permit # in that picture 2 pages ago? I was going to lookup on the city of Austin's portal to see if it could provide more details. Looks like I can look up by address as well.
The portal is the following:

Already exceeded 90 day average in volume when I checked Fidelity. Added 450 shares to my small holdings on this.

Looking good so far. At 92.63 right now per JM Bullion
Make it make sense. We are at $ 84.68.
We have moved past $85. Currently at $ 85.27 / oz
