Very happy this came out just as I figured it would.
Hope he sues the shite out of the University and gets on with another team. He has talent.

inaction from the University while they wait for the investigation to finish would create massive protests and negative media attention
Because frick due process and innocent until proven guilty

Guy had 2 chicks. He did nothing he wouldnt have done in any other circumstances.
The women were doing everthing on thier own, walking, vaoing, drinking, etc etc etc
Why would having sex be any different? They were in there together. He wasnt forcing 2 women at the same time...just not possible.
But the second they are finished, then they were upset?
I dont know what happened in that bed. But they tried to embellish the story and were busted on several parts as not telling the truth. Even the video ahowed a different account.
That in itself, is reason for an acquittal.
How did this get to the point of arrest, much less trial? I haven't read any links, but was the law enforcement agency university police? No way a real department arrests a guy on this flimsy evidence.

The case should never have made it to trial based on the evidence presented to the prosecutor. Father of the accuser is a prominent person in Madison and is on the UW Board of Regents and used some of his influence getting the charges brought forth.
Quintez is from my hometown, went to my high school, was coached by a good friend of mine and was basically adopted by one of the wealthiest families in the area (kinda like Michael Oher situation). I doubt the folks on the accusers’ side realizes QT would have a legal team on par with Johnny Cochran

Fyi...I read it was 30 minutes and if I was charged with rape I would want 12 women on the jury.
Uh what? No, I want a jury of my peers.

When the story broke Bucky's5th Quarter was banning people that questioned the charges. Offtackleempire wasn't much better as if you questioned it you were essentially a rapist. Both blogs on SBNation.
Laughing at the fricking SJW chodes now.

I figured that QT would move on, but looks like he is seeking readmission to Wisconsin. Wow. Would be a huge boost for the Badgers.

That would be huge as he's a helluva receiver.
I read that he has continued working out through the whole ordeal so he's in shape to play.

Cephus has requested a reinstatement decision by Thurs. The school has two options:
1. Reinstate him and essentially admit your title IX process is flawed.
2. Stick to your guns and get ready to break out the checkbook because you’re putting a ribbon on his civil case.
Either way there will be people protesting the decision.

This case is a prime example why Title IX is a joke. Cephus wasn't even able to even defend himself at the Title IX hearing due to the ongoing criminal case. Now he was found not guilty by a jury, but he still has the expulsion on his academic record and it could remain on his record if UW wants to be petty.

I thought he was seeking reinstatement so that it would be easier for him to transfer, but good lord would it be great to see him out there with #SoMertzItHurtz.
Also, it would be great to watch all the "insiders" who said he was done at Wisconsin, chapter closed, no way he could or would come back, etc eat their heaping servings of crow. I can't stand people who try to make themselves look like they're insiders and who speak in absolutes without ever giving any detail.
"He's done at Wisconsin. Period. Trust me."
Hey guy, frick you.
There was a lot of activity on Twitter last night from current and former players using the hashtag #letQTplay. Fans were picking it up as well.

Some UW posters on r/CFB are saying he was expelled for not cooperating with the investigation.

And nor should he have, not when it could be used against him in court. It’s a flawed process.
And if that’s the case, then the discussion to reinstate him should last about 30 seconds. They now have all the evidence.

Yeah, sounds like they wanted him to waive his 5th amendment rights.
We have a state law in FL that you're automatically suspended if you get charged with a felony but you're still on scholarship and in school until you either plea or are found guilty.

Chryst has said he would welcome him back to the team.
It's up to the University now.

Ah, there you have it. Don't want the reputation of the town socialites sullied by a snowbunny daughter.

Yep. Supposedly some people in the know said it was a very weak case last year. Frankly it shouldn't have ever gone to court but Daddy Warbucks felt his angel had been sullied.
Now he and his daughter look even worse.
