The french fries were great. Everything else was terrible.
The problem was the enforcement of the ice chest policy. 100 degree heat, and I can't bring in cut up fruit for my 10 year old daughter.
It was pretty easy to sneak it in though.

what a dumbass statement. many do travel and rec league. Many just finished state all stars yesterday.
yeah like rec only will give your kid any real competition or be like A, B or even C ball.
tell me you know nothing about softball without telling me.
if you want to be great and play play college you have to work year round. play spring, summer and fall and get to class A exposure ball.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret.. you’re kids not going to play in college. No matter how much money you throw at travel ball and “all stars”. Might as well enjoy your summer and go on a family vacation.

My podnuh spent 10-12k a year on his daughters softball from age 8 through HS. She peaked in 10th grade. Got a couple of invitations to walk on at small colleges and that's it.
