People like Sugar love this DEI department because even though they discriminate based on the color of someone's skin its ok because it works in these people's favor.
Most of this fanbase merely tolerate athletes like Emmitt & when he realizes it ...too late.

I worked in the judicial affairs office at UF and his student conduct file (I worked there when stuff was still on paper and was being merged into a digital database) is ridiculously thick and sealed. After a certain number of years following a student leaving the institution their respective records are shredded. A handful are permanent meaning they are to be kept until the individual dies. Emmitt Smith’s is a permanent file. The judicial dean of students wouldn’t give provide much info as to what was in it besides saying “there’s some really, really bad shite in that one.”
