Emmitt Smith: Good Morning!

Emmitt spent the majority of his career chasing his idols like Walter Payton( He's SWAC) & Jerry Rice( He's SWAC) , but because of cultural conditioning he would have never considered following their shoes by talking to a black coach/ hbcu. Emmitt Smith's main fan base seems to believe that he & other recruits can barely read & couldn't attend their schools without the ability to run, chunk or dunk. I hope someone can translate the messages from various SEC based sites to Emmitt. Many of these fans will be smiling in his face soon asking for a selfie or an autograph.
You can no longer run, chunk or Dunk Emmitt so you are really no longer valuable outside of being a has-been to recruit more young minority athletes like yourself. Emmitt seems to be a good guy so I wanted to help him with his wake up call. Good Morning, Emmitt!

DEI departments are nothing but a waste of taxpayer dollars. Good for UF for doing this.

As a lifelong cowboys fan that was actually alive for the 90s glory days and idolized him, he’s a notorious a-hole.
Athletes getting pissed at criticism or dismissal of DEI need to look hard in the mirror and see how much they’d like a chubby Asian getting their position or playing time in the name of equity.
Sports is the one area where equity has no business rearing its’ ugly head.

I forgot Nate Newton ( FAMU/ HBCU ) opening the holes on his chase of Payton ( Swac) & Rice( SWAC). I'm sure Emmitt heard of FAMU's NFL Hofer & Gold Medalist Bob Hayes , but he couldn't wait to get to a school that merely tolerated him & many don't believe he could be there otherwise. Hayes & HBCU Tennesse great Wilma Rudolph took a back seat to slobbering Blue Tick Coonhounds or Bulldogs , but minorities wouldn't be allowed on these fields. Now the narrative is that they need these SEC schools. Culturally conditioned to feel something else is always better.

Many stories about Smith when he was with the Cardinals and how he treated the support staff like shite and he was worse to the younger players that went way beyond the typical hazing. Not a good person.
