So just going after a bunch of businesses, hope some of them settle because it's cheaper for those companies to just make an insurance claim than pay for defense fees and/or take on bad PR for depriving a dead person's family of money. When said companies insurance rates go up after the claim, they raise prices and pass the cost on to the consumer.
