It can't be all about rings IMO. Hell I would take Barry Sanders over ANY running back that has won Super Bowls and he has ZERO rings.

You were one of the ones that gave Bill the credit and not Brady. What's different now?

I just love how Brady stans are going full Jordan stans and are going to twist and turn and move every goalposts possible for the next 10 years just so they can keep saying Brady is the GOAT

Now it's this. Can't wait for the next one

People who think the only way Mahomes can be considered just in the conversation of being the GOAT is if he wins one without Reid or Kelce

He beat coach Flatbill. Those two average QBs would have won without a choke artist calling plays.

Brady played defense in that Super Bowl?

Yes. Brady did it without Bill B.

That was the script right?

This was another game that played out like this past weekend's super bowl. Mike Martz wanted so bad to prove his pass defense would work, that he basically put the cuffs on Marshall Faulk. Threw a ton of passes when NE's pass defense was the strength of the team. The Rams win if they run the ball. Billy B even said so after the game.

Martzing is now Kyle Shanahaning. Kyle's daddy would have won both Super Bowls his son coached in easily.

All Mahomes needs is:

-- Continued convenient game-on-the-line ref-calls & baby-soft QB rules that pamper his azz

-- SOS Scripted WWE "wins" for the NFL's new designated "Golden Boy"

How can ANY QB be considered a "GOAT" in this soft-rule / no-sweat QB 2020s league where even Joe Flacco can get off his couch one day and toss 370 yards / 3 TDs he next day?

Can't hit the QB. It's near Flag Football Rules.

You put him in SF and they win that game by a huge margin.

He orchestrated a masterful GW drive starting inside their own 20 with no timeouts left to set up the final FG. Even Madden thought they should have just ran the clock out to go to OT especially since Brady was young and inexperienced at the time

I know I am biased, but I am still probably taking Brees at his peak over everyone.

I think we are basically getting the same thing out of the same teams if they have Brees, Brady, P. Manning, Rodgers, and Mahomes. I think they would all carry the same teams equally as far.
