For HRs in a season and career
Not this season obviously but at some point?

No, Bonds was superhuman and just incredible have eye coordination. Best ever

Highly unlikely. He is already 25. And 73 HRs is crazy.

No. That record will stand forever

No, MLB now test for steroids.

Pitching is also likely better even if you were to somehow magically control for steroids.

It's tough to bet on any player maintaining health for 20 years.

Bonds already had like 120 home runs by age 25. And we will never see another player average 50+ homers per season from age 35 to 39.

Lol, not even close. He won't hit 60 or 600

You know Bryce Harper is younger than Judge, right?
Posted on 7/10/17 at 9:18 pm to Pedro
If he gets roided up, absolutely

Lol no on the career record.
Also no on Bonds' record. I do think he has a chance to hit 60 in a season.
ETA: he's on pace for 57 this season. The Yankees have played 3-4 less games than a lot of teams.

Bryce Harper is a year younger and this is his 5th AS game

He would have to average 49 HRs for the next 15 seasons, which would have him playing to age 40.
That shite ain't happening

Judge is the real deal, a good kid and roid free. Why not just enjoy it?

Your best bets would be:
-Stanton, 27, and already 234 HRs. But, in his first 7 seasons, he's only played in 150 games once. And he's changing his approach, to cut down on his strikeouts, and focus more on contact. Of course, you'll sacrifice some power by doing that. With that being said, he's still a power hitter, with 26 HRs @ the All Star break.
-Harper, 24, and already 141 HRs. Unlikely though, as Harper is more of a hitter, rather than a slugger.
-Bellinger, 21, and 25 HRs at the All Star break of his rookie season. He's a hacker, high SO% & relatively low, but acceptable BB%. Definitely too early to tell. We'll see how he adjusts & adapts to pitching moving forward. Not gonna lie, I love his HR swings, they are no doubters off the bat.
ETA: Obviously, I'm talking about career, not single season. But, I don't think anyone is catching Bonds. 762 is an unreal amount HRs, but it is fun just to speculate about it being broken.
