1-4 on the season
Lost last night to Utah, only win was over Detroit

Gasol had 5 pts last night
Nash is out for two weeks, Kobe has a bad foot but he is still averaging 27ppg

Blake is playing 29mpg and averaging 3.6 assists per game

They are getting little from Jamison and their bench

Rumors are Josh Smith is available for the right deal but all the lakers have to offer is Paul Gasol

So do the lakers sit back and wait for Nash to come back? Do they make a move now and forget about Nash until he is ready to play?

They are finding out that stacking a team and winning is not as easy as it seems...

I do think they make some kind of move. They look horrible.

Buss is not going to pay two coaching staffs and kupchak is not going to fire downtown mike brown unless Kobe tells him too

This is what happens when you have a poorly put together team. They will regret the Dwight/Bynum trade for many years.

Tell that to the people who refuse to give Phil Jackson any credit for winning all of his titles

Probably not, but with their new TV deal, it will be a LOT easier to do

they keep playing like this and I'm sure Kobe will be having some sit downs with the upper brass. Not to mention Dwight, who they will be trying to keep this offseason

Kobe averaging 27ppg on 56% shooting

1. Get rid of Mike Brown
2. Give the ball to Kobe
3. Win championship
4. Profit

I dont think Josh Smith is the answer.
'
Throughout his career Nash was surrounded by 3-pt shooters (typically three shooters were always on the court with him). In LA they dont have that option.

In hindsight, they should pushed hard for Ray Allen.

showing your intelligence as usual i see.....just exactly how could have this move been a negative?

injury proned dominant attention whore FOR an injury proned average headcase. seems like a win for me.

ohh brilliant Verlander, please shed some light on the stupidity of the Dwight for Bynum trade. or just continue to make unfounded and shitty posts.

They need a PG.
Blake sucks so bad he needs to retire

They need an Eric Bledsoe or shoulda got a Randy Foye.

Someone that has a pulse unlike Blake.
