I don't see how this makes any sense. Trading Correa would be a financial move...we're not going to sign him long term so trade him and collect prospects before he walks.
From the financial standpoint of it, it doesn't make sense to dump Correa and then sign Rendon to a mega deal. For reference, Rendon turned down 7/$210 from the Nationals.

They are gonna need to add more to get Castillo. I don’t see why the Reds would want to trade him either when they aren’t exactly deep on the pitching front

Oh I don't, there is a lot I just laugh at and move on from. I like A lot of DAT posters since you can have a reasonable discussion with them without trolling.
