I’m gonna say it again. When an umpire lacks the reflexes to move out of the way (or move at all) on a throw from the catcher to second base on a steal attempt he should not be umpiring. He is a danger to himself and no good for the game. And that’s Joe West. He should have been removed from this crew as soon as that happened.
