I’d prefer Denver take Brock Bowers over another cornerback, but that pick could be worse.

if my team took bo nix over brock bowers, i would never watch another snap until everyone in the front office was gone. bookmark, quote, do whatever, i stand by it. i recommend the same for all of you saints fans

ETA: if they take neither, that's fine. also, add jj mccarthy as well. he or bo nix and id be done.

this dude is straight up smoking crack if he thinks the Saints are taking a QB in the 1st round, much less Bo fricking Nix

If the Bears actually pick a QB at 1 and not trade back and build that roster with young cheap talent they deserve to suck.

Do these fricking people actually watch football? No way he should last that long. Dude is the best college TE I think I've ever seen

I like Bowers too, but I think you can find great TEs later in the draft. I'm in Jeremiah's camp in that I'm not drafting a TE top 10. Just last year, Detroit got LaPorta in round 2.

And if they redrafted, Laporta would go much higher. He’s the best rookie tight end ever, hard to use him as an example of what you can draft later.

Carr to Nix would be an easy transition of mediocre quarterbacking

Bears absolutely should go qb and trade fields

Keep Fields, draft Harrison Jr and Bowers. Give Fields some weapons.

There is a “generational QB” every single draft class. Every QB in this class is over rated. There isn’t a Rd 1 worthy QB.

I tend to agree. Fields isn't a sure fire stud, if anything he's more likely to be mediocre than good.

But I'd be afraid to take Williams. He truly does seem fragile emotionally.

That would be the worst thing the Bears can do. Fields has two years left on his rookie deal. If he rises to the level of even a league average NFL starting QB, they're going to have to pay a ton of money to keep him which will limit what they can do to upgrade their roster. If Fields doesn't improve his play, next year's QB class is historically bad and it's very unlikely that they'll have the #1 overall pick again to even pick the best out of a bad crop. The Bears were gifted a million dollar winning lottery ticket by the Panthers. They have to cash it in.

I think Caleb can come right in and do most of what fields can do but a higher ceiling passing. Plus you can control the rookie contract longer to extend your window instead of paying out the arse for a guy that’s probably not going to develop into a good passer

He’s great but TE is not a high value position most of the top TE weren’t first round picks. I’d rather take a OL

Getting drafted by a top 3 offense in the league…..in Miami FL??

I think he’d be cool with it

Tyreke claims he wants to retire after next season, he’s not exactly a spry chicken either, Waddle is a great #2 and both those guys are much different types of guys than him so he’d slide right into a starting role

You’d think the dolphins would address other areas with that pick, but BTJr probably couldn’t dream up a better situation for him if they do
